Jamie Schaab became a certified personal fitness trainer in 2005, training clients in their homes and in a gym environment. Then she discovered the countless benefits and endless self-discoveries derived from a regular yoga practice, and the heart-centred postures quickly felt like ommmm - I mean home. 

Now Jamie is committed to making yoga accessible to everyone, not just those comfortable attending public classes. She recognizes that practicing yoga is a very personal experience, and believes that postures should be tailored to fit each individual or group's goals, abilities and intentions. 

Jamie received her yoga teacher training at the Vancouver School of Bodywork & Massage under instructor Dan Clement. The program focused heavily on Anusara inspired yoga, but was not limited to that discipline. Jamie enjoys incorporating several styles of yoga in her personal practice and teaching, especially Anusara, Power, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin.
